Gentle Yoga
A calm, nurturing class to help slow down both body and mind. This class is very accessible and great for new students!
Yoga Flow
A more dynamic class that is focused on linking breath and movement. Attention is given not only to the posture itself but also on the transition into each posture.
A flow class will generally include a mixture of standing, seated and lying postures building on your strength, balance and flexibility both in body and mind.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience including beginners.
Pilates
Matwork pilates classes include a mix of both postural yoga and pilates exercises. The focus of these sessions is to help the body re-learn correct posture and to engage and strengthen the bodies stabilising muscles.
You can expect to start your sessions with yoga and spinal warm up, moving into matwork pilates and winding down with some floor based yoga stretches and relaxation.
Group Fitness
Group fitness sessions are great fun and include a mix of conditioning and resistance exercises. These sessions have limited numbers and our experienced instructors can help to tailor each exercise to your individual ability and fitness level. Beginners are most welcome!
Resistance Training
Resistance classes focus on using bodyweight, supportive equipment and weights to build whole body strength. These sessions have limited numbers and our experienced instructors can help to tailor each exercise to your individual ability and fitness level. Beginners are most welcome!
